Visualsoft is a Shopify Plus Agency, one of the biggest in the UK. I worked here for 4 years in two different teams: Creative Media and Brand. Brand is where Visualsoft became the client and I worked closely with higher management. Working in a smaller, more focused team creating pitch decks, event collateral, handbooks, web pages, printed material, everything a large scale eCommerce agency would need to operate. The brand team was quite a small team but each of us played an important role in the voice of Visualsoft. I learnt a lot from my co-workers and expanded my understanding of the larger eCommerce industry.
